Coming back from a solo trip, I had a hostel project in mind and was looking for a place in Europe, in the mountains. A friend, met in the Argentinian Cordillera de los Andes, sharing with me the same feeling about mountains, told me about Albania.
In the summer of 2017, I went discovering the country for one and a half months with Raymond, my van. You can find, by the way, a video on YouTube.
I liked the country a lot and I discovered Korçë! I came back in December 2017. It was obvious to set up this project here: the most beautiful city in Albania (to me), surrounded by mountains, close to other interesting sightseeing possibilities, with a cultural dynamism and an elegant gastronomy.
And icing on tha cake: a common History with France. Everything was meaningful! I was at the beginning of a new life path... to this hostel...
